What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health coaching is working with an accountability partner to identify your barriers to success in order to craft a precise strategy on how to overcome these barriers. Your health coach will support you in tapping into your resourcefulness, managing your motivation, take you through the process of change and be your guide in behavioural changes needed to achieve your successful outcome.
In the same way that you would enlist the expertise and guidance of a personal trainer for your fitness goals or a dietician for your healthy eating goals, the support and guidance of a health coach helps you achieve your wholistic healthy life goals. We all have the best intentions, setting goals for ourselves for weight-loss, better food choices, improved sleep, stress management or in achieving certain exercise goals etc. As time passes the urgency to address this starts to slip or we get distracted by life and suddenly these goals are less important than the demands of life. 5 Week Program Includes:
40-minute video call every week (6 video calls)
Support workbook to track sessions and progress – My Healthy Life Plan
Weekly food & mood diary monitoring throughout
WhatsApp support (as needed)
The Signature Package
Ideal for: those who have an idea of what needs to be addressed but can’t seem to get it right or get it to ‘stick’ as a good habit and lifestyle behaviour. Also, ideal if you are seeking to overcome illness or poor health the natural and healthy way.
9 Week Program Includes:
40-minute video call once a week (10 video calls)
Support workbook to track sessions and progress
Weekly food & mood diary monitoring for first 8 weeks (8 sessions)
WhatsApp support (once a week)
The Group Package
Ideal for: those who need to consider their pockets while getting the right support to achieve your weight loss, energy and time management goals. Here you will participate in weekly sessions with other group members for a wonderful community experience with like-minded women. Limited to 4-6 women per group.
7 Week Program Includes:
60-minute group video call once a week (8 video calls)
Educational material and tools to facilitate progress monitoring and achievement of goals
WhatsApp Individual support (for individuals as needed)
WhatsApp Group support for the duration of the program

Together we will create a simple-to-follow sustainable plan of action for your health, wellness, personal, and lifestyle goals. By doing this I can support you in the right way to bring about the mindset shift and commitment needed for change.

I will serve as your ‘cheerleader’ throughout the program, as well as your sounding board as you navigate your thoughts and feelings to determine the best way forward.
Educate You
By providing you with foundational information on how the body works as well as other relevant information where needed – according to my scope of practice. I make it my responsibility to inspire you to take personal responsibility for your own health and your personal wellness plan.
Keep You Accountable
I will be dedicated to keeping you accountable for your health and wellness-related decisions and actions, so that I may support you in achieving your wellness vision.
Time For Yourself
I offer you this time for yourself, fully dedicated to listening to you and supporting you in achieving your goals. Acting as your guide and accountability partner as you work through the process of change.
