As your life coach I will help you to facilitate the realisation of your plans and goals by helping you to break through any barriers or blocks that might be holding you back. Often our fear of failure is our biggest challenge.
I will help you to clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. In creating these strategies, together, we target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, I will provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change.

The Comprehensive Package
Ideal for: If you are feeling frustrated, burnt out, anxious, confused, or unable to define goals for your future (or perhaps all of the aforementioned), then this program is for you. Discover what you are currently giving time and attention to that is not serving you and is getting in the way of you enjoying life the way you’ve always envisioned it for yourself.
Includes:
15 x 60-minute online, weekly, or bi-monthly video calls
Support workbooks to facilitate self-reflection and to take notes for personal records
WhatsApp and/or e-mail support (as needed)
Duration of the program 4-7 months

Getting Clear On What You Want
When working with clients, over time, they experience improvements in personal insight and improved self-reflection. These further support improved overall mental health and quality of life. This is because the work we do together, helps you to identify barriers that have been getting in your way (and how to eliminate them) or helps you to better define what you would like to achieve next in life.

An Accountability Partner
For many of my clients, accountability is often the biggest advantage of working with a life coach. Along with providing the support and motivation essential for maintaining momentum, I can observe when a client is stuck or needs to recalibrate their goals. As a result, clients often achieve those goals more quickly and effectively than they would if working on their own.

Driven By Purpose
At the end of the program, many of my clients report that they have a very clear understanding of who they are, what they want out of life and how they intend to live their lives going forward. This in turn increases overall happiness, confidence, and daily intentions, when you understand what you are working towards and how that is supported by your individual strengths and characteristics.

Improved Relationships
Clients report that their interpersonal skills improve, and their personal and professional relationships improve too. Many find that they get on better with family and work colleagues as they have learned to appreciate and understand the perspective of others and how that relates to their personal perspective, views, and values.

I will serve as your ‘cheerleader’ throughout the program, as well as your sounding board as you navigate your thoughts and feelings to determine the best way forward.

By providing you with foundational information on how the human mind and body works as well as other relevant information where needed (according to my scope of practice). I make it my responsibility to inspire you to take personal responsibility for your own success plan.

I will be dedicated to keeping you accountable for your personal and professional decisions and actions, so that I may support you in achieving your success vision.
Time For Yourself
I offer you this time for yourself, fully dedicated to listening to you and supporting you in achieving your goals. Acting as your guide and accountability partner as you work through the process of change necessary for your achievement and peace of mind.
